(1)Please open the hole on the ceiling according to diagram 1. (For the size of the hole , pls refer to the diameter of the corresponding model)
(2)Connect the driver properly according to the wire connection diagram 2. And then put the driver and wire into the ceiling from the hole.
(3)Push in the two spring elements, and make sure that they are deployed and anchored on the back of the ceiling, see Diagrams 3 and 4.
3. Connect to Smartphone
You must link the Tuya 2.4G RF Gateway first to the smartphone, then add the RF downlight to RF gateway for smartphone control.
How to connect RF gateway to a smartphone.
(1). Make sure the smartphone is working on WLAN network.
(2). Power the device, the SYS red pilot lamp will always on means device working normally.
(3). Long press “SET” button for over 3 seconds, the Blue linking pilot lamp will be on means the device come into smart link&reset mode.
(4). Open the signed-in APP, it will discover the devices automatically(If it’s not shown,please click “+ ” on the right top corner, and select “ Add new device” manually), then follow the steps and complete the linking. The Green linked pilot lamp after linking successfully.
(5). Added devices will be displayed on the homepage after linking successfully, then click the device and go into the control interface for more operation.
How to link& unlink controllers &lights to 2.4G gateway
Users must link the gateway to smartphone first, then do the following steps to link and unlink the controller&lamps to gateway.
Link:
(1) Switch OFF the lamps you want to link, then switch ON again, press the “SET” button once on the 2.4G gateway within 5 seconds; when the lights blinking 3 times slowly means linking successfully.
(2) Open the linked APP, choose the white control panel,then Switch OFF the lamps you want to link, then switch ON again, click the first part(0~5%) and end part(95~100%) of Color temperature slider twice in turn(Total 4 times) within 5 seconds;when the lights blinking 3 times slowly means linking successfully.
Unlink:
(1) Switch OFF the linked lamps, then switch ON again,press the “SET” button once on the 2.4G gateway within 5 seconds;when the lights blinking 10 times quickly means unlinking successfully.
(2) Open the linked APP, choose the white control panel,then Switch OFF the linked lamps, then switch ON again, click the first part(0~5%) and end part(95~100%) of Color temperature slider 4 times in turn(Total 8 times) within 5 seconds;when the lights blinking 10 times quickly means unlinking successfully.
4. Signal Transmitting
One Downlight can transmit the signals from the remote control to another Downlight within 30m, as long as there is a Downlight within 30m, the remote control distance can be limitless.
5. Modes Synchronization
Different downlights can work synchronously when they are started at different times, controlled by the same remote, under the same dynamic mode, and within a 30m distance.
